Alla is an experienced founder and director. She was part of executive teams in a number of successful creative projects, which included theatre production, publishing, computer assembling, telecom, web and graphic design and property development.  Her skills are applicable in any field where creative and strategic thinking is of primary value.

Alla is a motivator and a great leader. She is able to see the big picture and think out of the box. She  has excellent interpersonal skills. She is able to build trusting relations with key partners, investors and shareholders.

Alla’s strength is also in the understanding of markets and sales strategies. As a gamer and digital tech user since its dawn, she keeps abreast of the market and industry trends.

Valera worked as a software developer on the international HR system OrgPlus Enterprise, developing most of the security and data integration modules. Those modules worked with LDAP, SAP and Oracle systems among others, integrating with Target system and handling around 1 million records for employee charting.

Valera worked in the game development industry from 2009-2012 for Oberon Media, Signus Labs and Mail.ru developing backend solutions for multiplayer games as a Senior Software Developer.

In 2013 he began working on an advertising PPC system.  Strong and high loaded with distribution on over 100 servers, the system handled about 20 million requests per hour. In 2014 co-founded DDG developing apps and games with strong back end solutions.

In 2017 he co-founded blockchain solution MyWish Platform. They developed the platform for creating smart contracts. In 2019 Valera joined KINDOFTECH as our CTO, while still continuing to work on his own projects.

Graduated and worked as a litigation lawyer for many years. Sergei is also a very creative photographer and has always been very interested in combining his strategic and logical mind with his creative streak. Sergei’s ability and skills have proven to be of extreme value in developing the concept for KIDNOFTECH product line. He takes on an overall picture and breaks it down into details then reassembles the idea into a solid functioning concept. In addition, he has the great judgement of the visual aspect of the product in development and can logically link the two. His second degree is in economics and finance, which is very useful in analysing the commercial value of the product and its features.

Paul Edwards obtained his MBA in the UK in 2005. He has been a Chartered Manager (CMgr) since 2006 and he is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.  Paul has spent his career working in multinational environments across the globe, having worked in the UK, Germany, Belgium, Canada and the US. Here he has led Global departments composed of up to 74 people, has managed multi-million dollar budgets, managed external collaborations and managed staff across 3 countries simultaneously. Paul has been part of Global in/out-licensing teams, helping to shape and set global strategy, as well as partnering with senior managers to determine global strategy across functional lines for multinational companies. Paul has significant entrepreneurial experience through (co)-founding several successful companies, has advised universities and participating in university spin-out companies and has thus built companies from scratch. Paul has been a Board member for companies located in the UK and The Netherlands.
